Platinum Gold is truly one of the best function bands in the country using UK's top musicians. All of the band's members have toured with big named artists. Kylie Tom Jones Beyonce Lucie Silvas McFly Charlotte Church, Take That, The Brand New Heavies, Bjorn Again, Corinne Bailey Raye, Katie Melua amongst may others. This ensures that our clients really do get the best band possible for their special event.
Not only are they all fantastic musicians, the band are great at entertaining and engaging with an audience, performing all the greatest songs from 60's to present day, ensuring that your guests get the best night's entertainment you could hope for.

Platinum Gold is used to performing for high profile events. They are one of a select number of bands who have been invited to play at the worlds only 7 star hotel, the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, and they are the house band for BBC after show parties.
Platinum gold also perform as a backing band for named artists, and very recently backed the finalists for Galaxy FM's "Search for a star" at The Sage in Gateshead. Cheltenham's 7000 strong crowd were treated to four days of euphoric hits at the 2006 races.

"We booked Platinum Gold through the Alive Network for my Son’s Barmitzvah party. Alive network were very helpful in determining precisely what our entertainment requirements were and ensuring that the band understood them and were able to oblige. Platinum Gold were absolutely fantastic. The band were technically superb and they performed everything from some jazz at the drinks reception , to traditional Israeli dance music and Rock and Roll after dinner. They exuded personality and got all of the guests up and involved in the music. They absolutely filled the dance floor from start to end and everyone raved about them. Nothing was too much trouble for the band, and they even made it possible for my Son and I to play a couple of numbers with them. We would recommend Platinum Gold unreservedly and would book them again in an instant."

Many thanks for all your support in helping us to find a great band for my daughter Catherine's wedding to Theo. Platinum Gold were superb from the first dance right through to the end of the evening. Our guests comprised a mixture of age groups and nationalities and everyone enjoyed the party. I cannot praise the band enough: as well as being truly accomplished musicians they were able to engage with the audience in a really nice way..................I am so glad that we picked them.
